Today, air travelling business is increasing rapidly, where travel process becomes cheaper, easier and more reachable to the public. This increases air and airports traffic and as it is more critical and difficult at the airports grounds during takeoff and landing.

These days the airports grounds seems muse with the high crowds of vehicles along with people. Controlling this conditions, safely, requires high attention and precision. This lead to high number of accidents in different levels, and most of them are registered due to human beings mistakes.
In recent innovations, intelligent technology should provide intelligent solutions for number of these mistakes. However, it should take to the account the reality and necessity of human’s sense exist , so what is looking for todays is to have proper integration between apparatus and human.
This leads to this invention, which is expect to provide a valuable services and solutions.

Replace a robot on the airport ground to marshal the planes on the airport area to their gates

Description

When the aircraft approach to the airport having the permission to land from the control tower, controller required to specify the available gate to the pilot.

It is expected that the control tower have a list of available robot(s) based on the provided gate.
At the moment when the plane land safely on the ground, control tower is required to pair its pilot with the proper robot.

The robot is expected to have the full information of the airplane, its exact location and the airport traffic status.

Based on previous information it is supposed to guide the pilot to drive safely through the airport roads to the gate and marshal him/her to the gate.
It is expected from the robot to monitor the airplane direction and be able to send warnings to the pilot with any miss degree of the directions, approach near to a threaten element (like another airplane) or in existing of any obstacles.
The communication between the robot and the pilot could be either through voice medium or a screen panel, which can be added to the cockpit.

Advantages to have a robot

Utilities of artificial intelligent should reduce human error, which may lead to serious disasters. However, existing of a physical body which can be seen, has an advantage over using panels, sensors and signals! Since it can be sensed by human power exist on the process like the pilot. This is critical if it is taken to the account the pilot, when he/her just arrive, feeling tired and exhausted to follow more electronic signals. According to this, utility the robot which can be seen on the airport ground facing the pilot marshaling him/her to the gate, should be sensible to human sense.

In addition, there is more convenient service which can be offered to the passengers of the arrived airplane, since the robot can reduce and provide the exact time of airplane touring on the airport ground. This information can be given to the passengers by the pilot after landing for better preparations.

A master computer, processing the data [ having gates status + robot(s) status + provide data to control tower + proceed commands from control tower + send commands to the robots ] .
